Objectives:
- Review the relevant surgical anatomy about the ulnar aspect of the wrist
- Comprehend the diagnosis and treatment of acute injuries affecting the ulnar aspect of the wrist and distal radioulnar joint
- Comprehend the diagnosis and treatment of chronic injuries affecting the ulnar aspect of the wrist and distal radioulnar joint


Course Format: This course consists of an online pre-test, an online video, an online post-test, and an online evaluation. 

Participation Requirements: To qualify for CME credit, participants must complete each part of this course. 

Estimated Time: The estimated time to complete this course is 2.00 hours. 

CME Credit Hours: The ASSH designates this activity for a maximum of 2.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Of the 2.00 credits, 0.25 have been identified as applicable to Patient Safety.

Course Summary: This webinar will be dedicated toward a review of the relevant anatomy, physical examination, imaging and surgical procedures to treat ulnar sided wrist pain and disorders of the distal radioulnar joint. This area of the wrist is playfully termed the “black box” and the “low back pain” of the wrist. Over the duration of this webinar through the teachings of the leading wrist experts in the world, we look to demystify this area of the wrist for the attendees.
