Objectives:• List options for management of scaphoid nonunions and stratify treatment options by goals and patient specific factors and outcomes. • The utility of vascularized versus nonvascularized bone graft will be discussed in a point-counterpoint format.• Describe evaluation strategies and treatment alternatives for thumb CMC arthritis.• Understand the new classification and technique options for Kienbock’s disease.• Be able to recognize new carpal instability patterns and describe treatment options.Course Format: This course consists of an online pre-test, an online video, an online post-test, and an online evaluation.
