Objectives:
• Describe basic principles for patient management and decision making when planning for revision surgery.
• Discuss the reasons for and how to treat DRUJ instability after distal radius fractures.
• Understand how to treat volar subluxation of the carpus after distal radius fracture ORIF.
• Explain approaches to revision scaphoid nonunion surgery.
• Review the reasons for and how to treat persistent pain after basal joint arthroplasty.
Course Format: This course consists of an online pre-test, an online video, an online post-test, and an online evaluation.
Participation Requirements: To qualify for CME credit, participants must complete each part of this course.
Estimated Time: The estimated time to complete this course is 1.50 hours.
CME Credit Hours: The American Society for Surgery of the Hand designates this Internet Enduring Material activity for a maximum of 1.50 "AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™". Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The ASSH is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

This cased based webinar will review approaches to patients whose symptoms are not alleviated following their initial wrist surgery. The panelists will describe their approach to management of conditions such as DRUJ instability after distal radius fracture and persistent pain following thumb arthroplasty.
